Ruthann Quitiquit is the kind of nonprofit executive who will work shifts at the women's shelter that her organization manages, launders office linens at home, and yet still is described as a leader who doesn't believe there is anything that cannot be done.

That kind of drive has served her well in her 27 years with Parents and Children Together, the nonprofit family-services agency she first joined as a special projects coordinator before being promoted to deputy director, executive director and now, president and CEO.
